We are looking for a high-performance Digital Media Manager with a strong technical background (B.Tech / M.Tech) and hands-on experience in digital media agencies.
This role requires a data-driven, AI-enabled marketer who can strategize, execute, and optimize multi-platform campaigns while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms
Handle multi-campaign environments for multiple clients simultaneously
Develop performance-driven strategies aligned with business goals
AI Integration in Marketing
Integrate AI tools for campaign optimization, audience targeting, content automation, and performance enhancement
Leverage AI for predictive insights, personalization, and lead conversion
Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize campaigns on:
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Ensure ROI-focused execution with continuous optimization
Data, Analytics & Result Tracking
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like:
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio
CRM dashboards and reporting systems
Deliver actionable insights and performance reports
CRM & SRM Integration
Work with CRM/SRM systems to manage leads, customer journeys, and campaign attribution
Ensure seamless integration between marketing campaigns and sales pipelines
Tools & Platform Management
Expertise in digital media management tools, including:
Ad Managers, Automation tools, Social media schedulers
Marketing automation platforms
Ensure smooth campaign execution across all platforms
Collaboration & Leadership
Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams
Guide junior team members and ensure timely campaign delivery
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
