Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong JavaScript background and hands-on experience in building production-ready applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, Next.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL, along with experience in CI/CD, DevOps practices, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
The role requires collaboration with product teams, business analysts, and technology teams across Australia, Manila, and India, so strong English communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver production-ready application features with quality built in from the beginning.
- Work closely with developers, product teams, business analysts, and product owners.
- Understand and clarify business and technical requirements before development.
- Design solutions for application modules and represent technical designs using appropriate diagrams.
- Write clean, modular, maintainable, and testable code.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern JavaScript technologies.
- Build and work with automation frameworks.
- Participate in technical discussions with wider technology teams.
- Run and manage CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment.
- Follow engineering best practices, including DevOps, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Support reliable deployment of code changes into different environments.
Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of proven Full Stack Development experience
- Strong background in JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with:

- PostgreSQL
- Candidates without PostgreSQL experience should have strong experience working with SQL Server.
- Experience designing and developing automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of clean, modular, and testable coding practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Harness.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Ability to design and architect technical solutions using diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving and technical discussion skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Collaboration Requirements
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other product teams.
- Comfortable participating in technical discussions with teams across Australia, Manila, and India.
- Ability to clarify requirements with stakeholders when requirements are unclear.
