We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager, Talent Management to lead the deployment and execution of global talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and compliance learning initiatives.
This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of annual talent and learning cycles, system readiness, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and governance.
