Roles and Responsiblity
- Manage and supervise daily call inflow & Whatsapp bot communication and response flow
- Check for adequate call load and take steps to increase .
- Track & ; Monitor Call Quality & ; Call response Rate.
- Performance Conversion Metrics
- Monitor timely whatsapp broadcast execution and response turnaround time
- Handle call escalations & resolve issues with team and customer.
- Increase call to customer visit conversion ratio and report the same on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with internal departments (pharmacy, front office, nurse team) for seamless operations.
- Train, guide & support and motivate customer care team to follow leads effectively.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
