We’re Hiring | Experienced Restaurant Manager
We are looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager who can take complete ownership of restaurant operations and play a key role in strengthening our brand presence and business performance.
What You’ll Own
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the restaurant team.
- Take complete ownership and accountability for operational performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and guest experience.
- Drive initiatives to improve sales, customer engagement, and overall business growth.
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and market presence.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A hands-on, responsible, and result-oriented approach.
- Someone who doesn't just manage operations but takes ownership and makes things happen.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer experience, and business development.
