We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and support company growth. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer interaction, sales follow-ups, and achieving business targets. Knowledge of Hindi, English, and Tamil is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and presentations.
- Promote company products and services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling abilities.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Team player with positive attitude.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience:
- 1– 4 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Hindi, English, and Tamil preferred.
- Experience in construction/real estate industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
