Internship Overview:
Selected candidates will undergo an intensive 6-month practical internship where they will receive hands-on exposure to:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Employee Onboarding Support
- HR Operations Support
- Performance Management Support
- HR Documentation Support
- Employee Engagement (Organising & Coordination)
- HR Compliance & Administrative Functions (Under Supervision)

Upon successful completion of the internship and based on performance for 6 months, candidates will be considered for promotion to the role of HR Assistant at our Kochi Office, offering a structured career path within the organization.
