Job Description
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle customer calls, cold calling, lead follow-ups and sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
* Make cold calls to potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
* Call and follow up with leads generated through paid online advertisements and digital marketing campaigns.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
* Explain product features, benefits and pricing.
* Handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
* Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper lead records.
Requirements
* 2–5 years of B2C Sales / Inside Sales
* Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
* Confident in cold calling and customer handling.
* Strong follow-up and closing ability.
* Marathi and Hindi required; basic English preferred.
