We are seeking a reliable, high-energy, and self-motivated Relationship Executive (RE) to manage our local Lucknow loan portfolio, focusing on high-ticket Home Loans, Business Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP). This is an on-ground field role. You will be responsible for building local networks, ensuring zero-error document collection, and maintaining field relationship velocity.
Key Responsibilities:
Doorstep Document Collection: Visit clients at their residential or business locations across Lucknow to collect physical financial documents and complete loan application kits. On-Ground Verification: Conduct preliminary physical verifications of local business outlets, offices, and properties to ensure profile authenticity. Client Relationship Retention: Follow up closely with applicants to address any data gaps or credit queries, preventing customer drop-offs during the bank underwriting stage. Local Network Expansion: Build and maintain strong organic referral networks with local Chartered Accountants (CAs), property brokers, and independent business owners in major commercial hubs. Reporting: Work closely under the guidance of and report directly to the Sales Manager on a daily basis.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
