Contract / Assistant Contract Engineer: -
Key Responsibilities:
· Contract administration and compliance.
· Interpretation of contract and resolution of contractual issues
· Day to day contractual correspondence
· Monitoring of correspondence status for timely reply/ pendency of replies etc
· Safeguarding contractor's interest avoiding unreasonable recovery by proper contract interpretation
· Recording/ notification of delay events
· Preparation of EOT Application & variation/ change order proposal
· Identification of claim opportunities, variation/ change of scope, change in law, time related claim etc.
· Coordination with the Client, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Project Team on contractual and commercial matters.
· Monitoring contractual deliverables, project progress, Monthly progress report and commercial risks.
· Assisting the Project Manager in contract administration, claims.
Expertise/ Exposure broadly desired:
· Knowledge / experience in contract administration
· Knowledge of Contract Act
· Knowledge of delay analysis methods, contractual aspects of delay analysis
· Exposure of/ experience of claim preparation

Eligibility:
· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
· 1-2 years of experience in contract management for infrastructure, EPC, or government projects. (Shall be preferred)
· Experience in EOT claims, variation orders, contractual correspondence, and claims management is essential.
· Knowledge of EPC (Design & Build) contract conditions will be preferred.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
Salary:
· ₹50,000–₹75,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
· Fresher pursuing NICMAR Regular Course can also apply
Location: Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala & HMBS Head Office
Qualification:
· BE/ B. Tech (Civil Engineer)
· NICMAR (PGDQSCM) shall be preferred
Experience:
· 1-2 years (Fresher pursuing NICMAR Regular Course can also apply)
