About the Role
Redporch Nest Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards, and manage day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.
* Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
* Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with construction standards and regulations.
* Track material requirements, inventory, and site resources.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget.
* Verify measurements, billing quantities, and contractor work progress.
* Maintain proper documentation and site records.
Required Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision or site engineering.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
* Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Valid driving license preferred.
