Job Title: Production Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end production operations to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with Stores and Purchase to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Drive production efficiency, inventory control, and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, ISO requirements, and customer specifications.
- Handle customer complaints, NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee workforce deployment, training, productivity, and shop-floor discipline.
- Coordinate with Design, QA, Purchase, and Marketing teams to achieve production targets.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, equipment availability, and safety compliance across the production facility.
- Review production KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing, preferably in the Transformer Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Inventory Management, Quality Systems, and Shop-Floor Operations.
- Experience in handling production teams and driving on-time delivery.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, NCRs, CAPA, and continuous improvement practices.
- Kannada speaking ability is preferred.
