Position Title: Business Development Executive / Inside Sales
Responsibilities
To do outbound calls as per the leads received from support teams
· Generate leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, events, and digital platforms
· Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
· Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and partners
· Stay updated on courses, competitors, and industry trends

Telephone handling skills – Voice/Tone/Pitch/Timely Information

Educational Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience
2 - 5 years of experience in lead generation.
Preference to experience in IT & Education (EdTech) industry
