We are looking for a WordPress Website Developer with 2–3 years of experience to build, manage, and optimize business websites that support lead generation, and digital growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites, landing pages, and blogs.
- Create responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-friendly web pages.
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (Elementor/Gutenberg).
- Improve website performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and security.
- Create landing pages for ERP, CRM, Odoo, Zoho, HRMS, and other business solutions.
- Implement on-page SEO elements, analytics, forms, CTAs, and third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot website issues, plugin conflicts, and performance-related concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and business teams to improve website usability and lead generation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar page builders.
- Understanding of SEO, website optimization, Core Web Vitals, and website security.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working on ERP, CRM, SaaS, IT Services, or B2B technology websites.
- Knowledge of website migration, hosting, DNS management, and lead generation landing pages.
