Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating business through online bidding platforms, communicating with international clients, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other marketplaces.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and video calls.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team for accurate estimations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong business relationships.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines.
- Maintain records of bids, client communications, and project status.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with online bidding platforms is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or software development is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in online bidding or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
