Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ladies garments and accessories
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain proper display of merchandise as per store standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
- Handle billing, payments, and basic cashier duties (if required)
- Keep track of inventory and report low stock levels
- Stay updated on latest fashion trends and product knowledge
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (higher preferred)
- Proven experience in retail sales (preferably in garments or fashion)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ladies fashion trends and fabrics
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, POS systems)
- Multilingual ability is an advantage
Salary:
- As per industry standards + incentives

Working Hours:
- 8–10 hours per day (including weekends/holidays as per retail schedule)
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
