About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and project activities.
- Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure proper lab management.
- Participate in curriculum development and accreditation activities.
- Engage in research, publications, and funded projects.
- Organize seminars, workshops, FDPs, and technical events.
- Support departmental administrative and institutional responsibilities.
Qualifications
- M.E./M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) with a strong academic record..
- Freshers with excellent academic credentials or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of AICTE/APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University norms is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Strong subject knowledge in core EEE disciplines.
- Experience with modern teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms.
- Research publications in reputed journals/conferences are desirable.
- Ability to guide student projects and foster innovation.
