We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients (such as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals), and managing the end-to-end sales process. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and field visits.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and recommending the right solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our medical equipment and services.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle inquiries, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing/contracts, and successfully close sales deals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new growth areas.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/business development role (Experience in medical device/healthcare sales is a strong plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage technical or medical professionals.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and field sales.
