Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company and should have excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations.
- Handle calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
- Maintain records, attendance, and courier handling.
- Schedule meetings and manage appointments.
- Support HR/Admin with documentation and office coordination.
- Maintain office supplies and basic administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and presentable personality.
- Prior experience in reception/front desk is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
