We are seeking an experienced Dyeing Supervisor to oversee daily dyeing operations, ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and manage the dyeing team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of textile dyeing processes, color matching, and production planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily dyeing operations.
- Monitor dyeing processes to ensure color accuracy and quality standards.
- Manage dyeing machine operators and production staff.
- Plan and schedule dyeing batches according to production requirements.
- Ensure proper usage of dyes, chemicals, and raw materials.
- Troubleshoot dyeing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance departments.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
