Completely responsible for process quality, Inspections and Testing, Supplier Quality Management, Compliance and Regulatory Adherence, Non-Conformance and Corrective Action (CAPA), Documentation and Configuration Control, Continuous Improvement, Risk Management, Quality Management System (QMS) Management etc.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as production, engineering, and supply chain etc to develop quality plans and strategies.
Strategic leadership to lead a team of 45-50 people
Ideal candidate should have 18-20 years of proven experience in quality functions of an Aerospace, Defence Industies.
Post graduation, Graduation or diploma in Mechnical engineering or mechatronics is the educational qualification needed
