Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage menus
- Work on signature cocktail creation aligned with brand concepts
- Experiment with ingredients, flavors, and presentation techniques
- Ensure consistency, quality, and SOP adherence across outlets
- Train and guide bar staff on recipes and service standards
- Collaborate with the culinary and concept team for integrated menu development
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate (Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Mixologist / Bartender
- Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques
- Basic understanding of coffee and matcha-based beverages
- Exposure to fermented drinks (kombucha, kefir, etc.) is highly preferred
- Knowledge of fermentation cultures and processes will be an added advantage
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and trends
