As a Specialist Manager, Marketing on the Global Sustainability team, you will be responsible for…
- Lead end-to-end marketing projects and integrated campaigns from scoping and build through launch, measurement, and optimization
- Translate business goals into marketing objectives, campaign strategy, and investment recommendations across audiences and channels
- Drive multi-channel execution for digital, content, and event-based marketing programs in coordination with internal teams and external agencies
- Define key performance indicators, dashboards, and governance processes; use results to optimize targeting, messaging, and future plans
- Manage team operations and coach junior team members while building strong working relationships with India and global stakeholders

The Sustainability team is part of the global firm. The professional will work with the Global sustainability team at the intersection of businesses, technology alliances, and industries to orchestrate marketing campaigns and amplify our brand in more cohesive, consistent, and exponentially powerful ways.

Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Advertising
- 9+ years of post-MBA experience in marketing
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from scoping through launch, measurement, and optimization
- Experience translating business goals into marketing objectives, campaign strategy, and channel plans
- Experience defining campaign key performance indicators, dashboards, and governance processes
- Experience with search engine optimization/search engine marketing and digital optimization strategy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Preferred:
- Experience in marketing within a consulting firm
- Experience working with global and India-based stakeholders
- Experience leading content and creative delivery across web, mobile, social, and print formats
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional marketing workstreams
- Experience supporting sustainability-focused marketing initiatives
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools in marketing workflows
