Job Summary
KeyOwn Habitat is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to meet hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Assess candidates based on job requirements and communication skills.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
