Position: Consultant Dermatologist

About the Role
We are looking for qualified Dermatologists to join a virtual dermatology consultation platform. In addition to providing online patient consultations, you will play a key role in improving an AI-powered dermatology diagnostic platform by reviewing AI-generated outputs, validating diagnoses, annotating clinical cases, and helping enhance the accuracy of the system.
This is a full-time remote opportunity and is not suitable for part-time practice or moonlighting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video consultations with patients across India.
- Diagnose and manage dermatological conditions through teleconsultation.
- Review, validate, and provide feedback on AI-generated clinical outputs.
- Annotate dermatology images and clinical case data.
- Identify diagnostic errors and edge cases to improve AI model accuracy.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow teleconsultation protocols.
- Collaborate with the product and clinical teams to enhance platform performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- MBBS with MD/DNB/DVD/DDVL in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy
- Valid NMC or State Medical Council Registration.
Experience
- 1–3 years of post-qualification clinical experience in Dermatology.
Language Requirements
- Mandatory: English and Hindi.
- Fluency in at least one of the following regional languages:
- Kannada
- Marathi
- Gujarati
- Bengali
- Telugu
- Tamil
- Malayalam
- Punjabi
Technical Skills
- Comfortable using video consultation platforms and EMR systems.
- Familiarity with digital healthcare workflows.
- Interest in working with AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
- Prior telemedicine or health-tech experience will be an added advantage.
Work Setup
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet workspace suitable for online consultations.
- Laptop/Desktop with webcam and microphone.
Compensation
- ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Fixed)
- Compensation will be based on relevant experience and overall suitability.
