About the Role
Palletraa is looking for a driven, articulate, and energetic Client Relationship Executive to manage client accounts, lead sales conversions, and build strong partnerships. This is a highly flexible, remote/hybrid role suitable for young professionals who excel at communication, consultative selling, and client management.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, engage, and convert potential client leads into business accounts.
- Client Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing ongoing calls, updates, and account relationships.
- Client Briefings & Discovery: Lead client briefing sessions, analyze their pain points, and consult on strategic solutions.
- Service Demonstrations: Present Palletraa’s creative and production services effectively to prospects.
- Consultative Problem-Solving: Analyze business/creative challenges and propose tailored visual solutions.

Requirements
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu is essential.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal, written, and pitch presentation skills.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva & Google Workspace.
- Industry & Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales lead funnels, client onboarding, and social media/digital terms.
