Territory Management: Develop and implement localized sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand distribution networks.Dealer & Client Relations: Regularly visit existing dealers and distributors to build rapport, ensure planogram execution, and resolve commercial or service issues.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual regional revenue and volume targets.Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activities, pricing trends, and product performance, reporting findings to the Area Sales Manager.Team Guidance: Train store promoters, coordinate with logistics for smooth order fulfillment, and assist in driving field sales operations.Reporting & Compliance: Oversee receivables/collections and submit accurate daily/weekly sales reports using company CRM tools.
