Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian cuisine and tandoor dishes with consistency and quality.
Handle tandoor operations efficiently, including breads, kebabs, and grilled items.
Ensure proper food presentation, taste, and portion control.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.
Monitor stock levels and assist in kitchen inventory management.
Follow standard recipes and maintain quality standards.
Support the Head Chef in menu execution and kitchen management.
Requirements:
Experienced candidate with strong knowledge of Indian and tandoor cuisine.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
Team player with a positive and disciplined attitude.
Ability to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
