Qualification: Graduation & Post graduation in HR
Experience: 2- 3 years in HR domain
1. Recruitment & Interview Coordination
- Call shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews
- Confirm interview date, time, and location
- Coordinate with interview panel
- Receive and guide candidates on arrival
2 Employee Records & Documentation
- Assist in maintaining employee files
- Ensure availability of resume, offer letter, appointment letter, ID proof, educational certificates, and joining forms
- Maintain confidentiality of records
3 Employee Identification
- Arrange ID cards and name badges for new employees
- Maintain issuance records
- Collect ID cards upon separation
4 Employee Engagement Activities
- Send greetings for birthdays, work anniversaries, and wedding anniversaries
- Coordinate prize money or gifts
- Maintain engagement records
5 HR Administrative Support
- Assist HR department in daily operations
- Support NABH audits and inspections
- Perform additional duties as assigned
6. Records
- Interview schedules
- Employee personal files
- ID card register
- Employee engagement records
7. Compliance & Monitoring
Monitored by Assistant Manager – HR / HR Manager
8. Revision & Amendment
This JD shall be reviewed periodically and updated as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
