We are hiring a Back Office Sales Coordinator to manage sales support operations, order processing, and internal coordination. The role involves working closely with the sales team, billing, warehouse, and dispatch departments to ensure smooth order execution and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination:
- Act as the main point of contact for field sales executives
- Provide complete back office sales support to the sales team
- Receive, check, and confirm sales orders for accuracy
- Ensure all required order details are available before processing
- Coordinate daily with sales executives regarding order status
Order Processing & Dispatch Management:
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Ensure proper system entry of orders in ERP before dispatch
- Track pending orders and dispatch delays
MIS Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily MIS reports for sales orders and dispatch status
- Maintain pending order and delivery reports
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Support
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and Zoho/Busy
- Basic understanding of billing, dispatch, and warehouse processes
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
