Sales Manager – Immigration Services
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets for our immigration services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Generate and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in immigration, overseas education, or service-based sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
