- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and deploying IT service management workflows and processes within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices as they relate to IT service management.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within ServiceNow environments to maintain service continuity.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
