Position:- Academic Coordinator (Student Mentor)
Work Locations:- Dadar (W)
Years of Experience:- Minimum 0-2 Years. Experience in the education industry is not necessary for excellent candidates.
Qualification :- Graduate
Work Time:- 11:00 to 7:30pm / 11:30AM to 8:00 PM - Monday to sunday
Week Off- Between Monday to Friday
Compensation:- Rs 25,000 - 30,000 per month | Lucrative Incentive Plan
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:-
● Good English Communication Skills.
● Knowledge of Google Drive (Sheets / Docs / Slides)
● Good at working in a Team
● Strong focus on Customer Service
● Strong interest in providing guidance & education
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
● Implement the academic process at the center
● Interact with Students, Parents & Faculties to deliver Academic Outcomes
● Maintain Attendance & Class Test Marks in ERP and Google Sheets
● Track Homework Completion & Academic Progress of students
● Provide guidance & resolve queries of students & parents
● Conduct activities for student engagement
● Manage WhatsApp groups of students and parents
● Assist in the day-to-day administration of the center
● Work in a team and help others, whenever required.
Note: Candidates should be comfortable working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), as the weekly off will be scheduled between Monday and Friday.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
