We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with exposure to finance to support our administrative and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks, documentation, and record keeping
- Track student fees, payments, and maintain financial records
- Assist in invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations
- Coordinate with vendors, accounts team, and internal departments
- Prepare reports and maintain data using Excel
- Work on ERP systems (e.g., Digi) for fee and admin management
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Commerce Graduate (M.Com / MBA Finance preferred)
- Experience: 2–5 years in admin + finance support roles
- Experience in educational institutions is an added advantage
Required Skills
- Basic accounting knowledge (invoices, payments, reconciliation)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong organisational Finance and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oragadam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
