Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the US market to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be strong in lead generation, outreach, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads in the US market including other Global Markets through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and other platforms
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities
- Research new channels and creative ways to generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Work closely with the internal team to support business growth
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (US market experience required)
- Strong experience in lead generation and outbound prospecting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively and find new sources for leads
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Working Hours:
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (may change based on business requirements)

Work From Office – Vadodara
