Job Summary
The Plant Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment used in the manufacturing of lubricants and chemical products. The role ensures safe, efficient, and quality-driven production processes while complying with company policies and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Operations
- Operate blending, mixing, and filling equipment as per SOPs.
- Charge raw materials into reactors/blenders as per batch formulation.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, flow rates, and other process parameters.
- Record production data accurately in log sheets or ERP systems.
- Perform batch changeovers and line cleaning as required.
2. Quality Control
- Follow batch sheets and production formulas accurately.
- Collect samples for QC testing.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Identify and report deviations or abnormalities.
3. Safety & Compliance
- Follow plant safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Handle chemicals and lubricants safely.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
4. Equipment Maintenance
- Perform routine equipment inspection and basic troubleshooting.
- Report mechanical issues to maintenance team.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area (5S standards).
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily production records.
- Report production issues, downtime, and material shortages.
- Assist in inventory monitoring of raw materials and finished goods.
Required Qualifications
- Bsc - Chemistry , Diploma or B E Chemical / ITI (AOCP)
- 2–3 years of experience in lubricant, oil blending, or chemical manufacturing.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
