Job Responsibility :-
Thermal Power plant experience Candidates Are Applicable for this role
- Lead and manage complete Coal Handling Plant (CHP) and Ash Handling Plant (AHP) operations and maintenance.
- Ensure continuous and efficient coal supply to boilers and proper ash evacuation/disposal from the plant.
- Supervise operation and maintenance of conveyors, crushers, feeders, stacker-reclaimers, bunkers, hoppers, silos, pumps, pipelines, and ash disposal systems.
- Monitor coal unloading, storage, crushing, feeding, ash collection, ash slurry, and disposal activities.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CHP and AHP equipment.
- Ensure proper coal quality handling, stock management, and minimum material loss/spillage.
- Monitor and control fly ash, bottom ash, dust suppression, and environmental compliance.
- Lead troubleshooting of equipment breakdowns, blockages, belt failures, ash choking, and operational interruptions.
- Coordinate with boiler, turbine, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and utility teams for smooth plant operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, pollution control requirements, and SOPs.
- Manage shutdown planning, spare parts, maintenance budget, manpower, and contractor activities.
- Drive system reliability, cost control, housekeeping, efficiency improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
