Job Summary
We are looking for a presentable and organized Receptionist cum Admin Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support in our Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier dispatch/receipts
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Administrative Support:
- Maintain office files, documents, and records
- Assist in billing, data entry, and basic coordination work
- Follow up with clients for documents and compliance reminders
- Coordinate with staff for daily office operations
- Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
