Roles & Responsibility:
- Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls.
- Acquiring and retaining contact information databases.
- Calling drivers from the provided database and onboarding them explaining the company schemes and policies.
- Making job posts on relevant platforms to collect databases.
- Coordinating with the driver onboarding team for the onboarding process.
- Cold calling and mass emailing to recruit a maximum number of drivers.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication abilities.
- Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approaches.
- The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances.
- Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
