Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth at Webdoux. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into successful clients. Your role will be to build relationships, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales process to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify new business opportunities via research, cold outreach, and networking.
- Connect with leads provided by the digital team (from ads and campaigns) and qualify them effectively.
- Nurture prospects through follow-ups, understanding their needs, and presenting our services.
- Maintain a structured pipeline, ensuring timely movement of leads through the sales funnel.
- Conduct initial presentations and collaborate with the leadership team to close deals.
- Meet and exceed targets for lead conversion and sales closures.
- Maintain CRM records accurately and report on progress.
- The candidate must be willing to travel for client meetings as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in digital services or related fields).
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage and nurture leads from initial contact to closure.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized in maintaining sales pipelines.
