The Luxury Trips is looking for an experienced Senior Travel Planner / International Holiday Package Manager who can independently plan, design, and manage customized international holiday packages for clients.
The candidate will be responsible for creating itineraries, coordinating with global suppliers and DMCs, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth end-to-end travel execution.
This role requires strong knowledge of international destinations, supplier coordination, costing, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design customized international holiday itineraries
- Prepare detailed costings and quotations
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, and global suppliers
- Manage hotel, transport, sightseeing, and activity bookings
- Handle client queries and travel consultation
- Ensure smooth execution of travel plans
- Manage visa documentation and travel requirements
- Handle changes, cancellations, and travel support
