Role Overview:
TREEI Foundation is seeking a Field Prgram Coordinator responsible for supporting the on-ground execution and coordination of the organisation’s social and environmental initiatives.
The role focuses on field implementation, site coordination, stakeholder communication, and documentation, ensuring that project activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with defined timelines and quality standards.
The Field Program Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Field Program Manager and will support day-to-day field execution, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring of project activities.
Work Location & Field Engagement:
This is a field-oriented role requiring active engagement at project locations.
The Field Program Coordinator will regularly travel to rural, tribal, and other project sites to support implementation and coordination activities.
Field engagement responsibilities include:
- Conducting site visits and ground coordination
- Supporting implementation and monitoring of project activities
- Communicating with community stakeholders and beneficiaries
- Ensuring smooth coordination between field teams and project management
Key Responsibilities:
Field Execution Support:
- Support the implementation of project activities at field locations
- Ensure assigned tasks are executed according to project plans and timelines
- Coordinate daily activities with field teams and implementation partners
Site Coordination & Monitoring:
- Monitor field work and ensure implementation standards are maintained
- Assist in organising field activities, installations, and operational tasks
- Identify operational challenges at project sites and report them to the Field Operations Manager.
- Currently we have operational projects sites at Mulshi, Bhor, Daund, Shirur, Navi Mumbai, Pune urban, and as per need new project sites can be added. The selected candidate will be required to visit the alloted sites and additional as per their project involvement.
Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management:
- Interact with community stakeholders and beneficiaries during project execution
- Maintain positive and respectful relationships with local communities
- Support communication between field teams, stakeholders, and project leadership
Beneficiary Awareness & Engagement:
- Ensure beneficiaries are aware of project objectives, activities, and benefits
- Support community engagement and awareness during project implementation
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of field activities and progress updates
- Collect and organise implementation data, photographs, and site reports
- Support preparation of periodic field reports and documentation
Vendor & Logistics Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating with vendors or service providers present at project sites
- Support logistical arrangements required for field execution activities
Educational Background:
Candidates with the following educational backgrounds will be preferred:
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Rural Development / Development Studies
- Other relevant interdisciplinary qualifications related to field-based social or environmental initiatives
Required Experience:
- 1.5–3 years of experience in field operations, project implementation, or coordination roles
- Experience working on community-based projects, infrastructure implementation, or environmental initiatives will be preferred

Compensation: CTC: ₹ 2.51lpa – ₹3.14lpa (based on experience and suitability)

This role involves active field engagement and regular travel to rural and project locations.
Candidates seeking purely office-based roles may not find this position suitable.
Pay: ₹251,790.00 - ₹314,790.00 per year
