We are looking for an experienced candidate responsible for ensuring quality, compliance, and process adherence across all departments. Conduct audits, identify gaps, drive corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor compliance with company policies and SOPs.
· Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
· Track quality metrics and prepare management reports.
· Conduct regular process and quality audits across departments.
· Drive corrective and preventive action plans.
· Ensure timely closure of audit findings.
· Conduct quality and compliance training for teams.
· Work closely with department heads to monitor quality, ensure process compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
· 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Internal Audit, or Process Excellence.
· Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
