AI / ML Solution Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI / ML solutions for manufacturing and supply chain management use cases.
- Build and improve AI agents / chatbots to support troubleshooting and knowledge access in the MR factory.
- Develop ML models for forecasting, prediction, and optimization.
- Prepare, transform, and integrate data from enterprise systems and data platforms for AI/ ML use cases.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions.
- Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve productive AI / ML solutions, while ensuring they fit into our overall landscape.
- Build lightweight user-facing applications or prototypes, preferably with Streamlit in Snowflake.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Profile:
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a similar technical field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in AI / ML, data science, or advanced analytics.
- Required: strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries.
- Experience in building LLM- or chatbot-based solutions is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data preparation for analytics
AI / ML Solution Engineer
o Experience in data engineering / ETL and working with cloud data platforms; Snowflake experience is desired.
o Experience with Streamlit is preferred for rapid prototyping and user-facing AI applications.
o Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring is an advantage.
o Familiarity with SAP-based business processes is beneficial
o Ideally, experience in manufacturing / engineering or supply chain
environments. Experience with machine connection / IOT is a plus.
o Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills in English.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
