Job Title: AV Engineer – Audio Visual Solutions
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled AV Engineer to execute, install, configure, commission, and support Audio Visual (AV) projects for corporate, education, hospitality, healthcare, and government customers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AV system integration, troubleshooting, and project execution while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end AV projects as per approved designs and project timelines.
- Install, configure, test, and commission AV systems at customer locations.
- Work on solutions including:
- Video Conferencing Systems
- Interactive Flat Panels (IFP)
- LED Video Walls
- Digital Signage
- Audio Systems
- PA/BGM Systems
- Boardroom & Meeting Room Solutions
- Auditorium AV Solutions
- Control Room Solutions
- Perform rack installation, cable management, equipment mounting, and hardware integration.
- Configure DSPs, microphones, cameras, speakers, amplifiers, displays, and control systems.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with the Presales, Sales, and Project Management teams during project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Prepare installation reports, commissioning documents, and handover reports.
- Provide customer training after project completion.
- Attend service calls for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related AV issues.
- Maintain project documentation, asset records, and service reports.
- Follow safety standards and installation best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of AV technologies and system integration.
- Experience in installation and commissioning of enterprise AV solutions.
- Knowledge of audio systems, video conferencing, displays, LED walls, and control systems.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, VLANs, PoE).
- Ability to read AV schematics, wiring diagrams, and rack layouts.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites.

Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication (ECE), Instrumentation, IT, or related disciplines.
- Experience:
- AV Engineer: 2–5 year
- Experience in AV System Integration, Unified Communication, ELV, or IT Infrastructure projects is preferred.
