Kasmoprav Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead Workday Finance Functional Consultant to lead enterprise-scale Workday Financials implementations. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong functional expertise, solution design capabilities, and hands-on implementation experience across Workday Financials modules.
The ideal candidate should have successfully led multiple end-to-end Workday Financials implementations and possess strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Core Financials, and global deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 2+ large enterprise end-to-end Workday Financials implementations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Configure and implement Workday Financials modules.
- Drive design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Work extensively on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Core Finance processes.
- Configure Supplier Accounts, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Banking & Settlement, Inventory, and Financial Data Model (FDM).
- Support global and multi-country implementations with localization requirements.
- Identify project risks and mitigation strategies while ensuring successful project delivery.
- Support UAT, issue resolution, and production rollout activities.
- Participate in pre-sales, solution estimation, and implementation planning.
- Contribute to delivery methodology improvements and best practices.
Required Skills
- 6–9 years of Workday Finance Functional experience.
- Experience leading at least 2 large enterprise end-to-end Workday Financials implementations.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
