Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Business Development Executive (BDE) – Digital Marketing to strengthen the hospital’s online presence, generate patient leads, and promote healthcare services through digital channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media management, online branding, and patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase patient inquiries.
* Manage the hospital’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
* Create engaging content, including posts, reels, blogs, and promotional materials.
* Coordinate with doctors and departments for healthcare awareness campaigns.
* Manage Google Business Profile and improve online visibility.
* Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
* Monitor website performance and coordinate updates with developers.
* Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
* Respond to online inquiries and coordinate with the front office for lead conversion.
* Build relationships with local businesses, corporates, and healthcare partners for promotional activities.
* Ensure all marketing activities comply with hospital branding and healthcare advertising guidelines.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or business development.
* Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and Google Analytics.
* Excellent communication and content writing skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
* Hospital or healthcare industry experience will be preferred.
