- Client Servicing: Manage day-to-day communication with key accounts, understanding their requirements and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Sales & Revenue: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, actively driving conversion rates and meeting sales targets within the e-commerce space.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, order tracking, and escalations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside inventory, marketing, and sales teams to align customer needs with operational execution.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools and MS Excel to track the customer lifecycle and share insights with management.
