Job Profile: TGT Social Science
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (History, Geography, Political Science, or Economics) plus a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). A Master's degree is often preferred.
Experience: Previous teaching experience at the TGT level (typically 3-5 years).
Technical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, classroom management abilities, and proficiency in digital teaching tools.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, and student mentorship abilities
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Instruction: Deliver well-structured and engaging Social Science lessons to classes(typically Grades 6 to 10) aligned with curriculum guidelines.
- Planning: Develop annual, unit, and daily lesson plans that include interactive activities like group discussions, multimedia, and projects.
- Assessment: Create and evaluate worksheets, assignments, quizzes, and exams to measure student performance.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and a supportive, inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Collaboration: Attend parent-teacher meetings, participate in faculty training, and assist with extracurricular school events.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
