Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new retail and distributor leads
- Visit supermarkets, grocery stores and premium retailers
- Promote Origen food products
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Develop relationships with dealers and distributors
- Conduct product demonstrations when required
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence
- Coordinate with the marketing team
- Prepare daily sales reports
- Represent the company professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, commerce, agriculture, food technology or any related discipline.
- A master's degree (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of FMCG/ Food sales experience preferred
- Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi & English)
- Strong negotiation ability
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Willingness to travel across Pune
